Manufacturers have created series of homes that are more affordable and available sooner than the average home. These homes are built to the same standards but are not customizable. They do offer options such as 7/12 pitch roofs, 9 ft. smooth ceilings, great bathroom options and color options. Generally, because of the limited options they are cheaper and quicker to build. However, with multiple floorplans per series, you will not be disappointed with the options and the quality of these homes!
Contact UsWe have homes that start at $200k for a two sectioned ranch. These homes are standard build quality with limited options and can be available in 60-90 days. Prices will be higher for more complicated floor plans and/or coastal homes.
This price includes the home with basic finishes, permits, standard footers & 36″ foundation, delivery & set, landings & steps, electrical & plumbing connections and HVAC system. Site work and utilities are additional and will vary based on your property and county.
